WEB DOCK BRIDGE

This unique pedestrian bridge at the mouth of the Yarra River has quickly become yet another icon of Melbourne and is now featured extensively in the media. The concept is based on a “traditional eel trap” design used by the local indigenous tribes of Melbourne. The bridge was fully modelled and extensive automation was used in the fabrication of many components. The staff now at CPL, were extensively involved In all aspects of the project. This was yet another geometrically intense project delivered with nil error.
