CHADSTONE

Chadstone Shopping centre is a large complex in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We were contracted to provide the steelwork shop detailing of the skylight and surrounding structure. This skylight is a centre piece for the centre with nothing like it anyware else in Australia. It has a unique wave shape with an intricate end section that is best described as a snail shell. The shape of the skylight required extensive modelling with particular attention to the glazing panels.
The result is truly a spectacular space that brings enormous light and life to the entire complex.
